Order Processing & Shipping Times
- Standard Orders: Typically processed and shipped within 3–4 business days after payment is received.
- Express Shipping: Typically processed and shipped within next Business Day.
- Pre-Orders: Items marked as “Pre-Order” may require 4–6 weeks for processing and shipment.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking information.

- International Shipping: We ship worldwide using DHL as our primary carrier for international orders.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel or make changes.
Returns & Exchanges
