Refund & Exchanges

All items are final, we do not do refunds for online orders. Pre-Orders can not be refunded due to our all sales are final policy, if you made a Pre-Order you will receive your product.

PREORDER means they are not in stock and are made to order. 

How do pre orders work?

If you pre ordered an item please understand that pre orders are all custom made orders & have a process time of 1-4 weeks (1-8 weeks Varsity Jackets) before getting shipped. Due to COVID-19 & WINTER 2022 HOLIDAY SEASON the process time may vary 2-6 weeks instead of our original 1 week (WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS NOT INCLUDED). We only have 2 products that are listed as pre order. (Both of our Varsity Jackets)

Once the preorder window closes, the factory is sent the orders and production begins. 

Pre-Orders can take 90 days minimum to complete production at the factory (not including shipping times and delay at the border with customs) and this is currently longer due to COVID-19 delays.

Exchanges are accepted for items in stock only.

When exchanging an item it must not be worn and in the same condition as it was shipped, meaning not to be washed or damaged at all.
