Refund Policy

Refund & Exchanges

All items are final, we do not do refunds for online orders. Exchanges for items that are in stock are accepted only. If you made a Pre-Order for an item it can not be refunded, but can be exchanged due to our policy.

When exchanging an item it must not be worn and in the same condition as it was shipped, meaning not to be washed or damaged at all.
